Saturday March 11th, 2011 - Seedy Saturday at the Heron Park Recreation Centre (Lawrence and Manse)

The second year for this event, started by a local woman as a seed exchange. This year will have gardening/seeding education, seed exchange and vendors. I've been growing veggies in pots for a few years now, but with my new backyard (we moved last October), this year will be my first starting seeds from scratch and having a full blown sustainable garden. I'll be there for sure...will I see you there? The event runs from noon to 4 p.m.
